At Maison Artisan, we take the design process very seriously, refining every detail to perfection. Once a CAD (computer-aided design) is approved by the client, no further modifications can be made, as we begin production with the utmost precision and care.

Each diamond we present is meticulously curated and custom-selected to meet the highest standards of brilliance and character. Once a diamond is approved, it is reserved exclusively for your piece, and changes cannot be accommodated thereafter.

During the consultation, we provide a detailed explanation of the wearability, durability, and long-term care of precious metals such as gold and platinum. We also address potential allergies and sensitivities to ensure each client selects the most suitable metal for their lifestyle.

To preserve the integrity of our craftsmanship, we reserve the right to refuse maintenance services—such as complimentary diamond resetting—if we determine that the piece has been tampered with or altered by an outside party.

Our atelier rigorously inspects each creation before it reaches you. However, in the rare event a defect is found upon arrival, we will happily replace the item.

Every Maison Artisan piece is handcrafted with care and intention. Our standard production timeline ranges from 3 to 16 weeks, depending on the sourcing requirements. Some priority orders may be expedited before the 3-week mark, while others may require more than 16 weeks depending on complexity of the design and availability of desired precious stones.

Once the initial and final documentation has been reviewed, approved, and duly signed by the client, Maison Artisan shall not be held legally responsible for any claims, disputes, or liabilities arising thereafter in connection with the design, production, or delivery of the commissioned piece. By signing the documentation, the client confirms their full understanding and acceptance of all design specifications, materials, diamond selections, pricing, and terms of services as outlined. This includes but is not limited to the CAD approval, diamond selection, production timeline, warranty limitations, and final order confirmation.

Maison Artisan shall not be liable for any changes in personal preference, sizing inaccuracies not disclosed at the time of order, or external damages incurred after delivery. Any further alterations or services requested following the execution of the final agreement will be subject to additional charges and separate terms and warranty. The client acknowledges that the documentation serves as a binding agreement between both parties, and that Maison Artisan has fulfilled its obligations in accordance with the approved terms. This clause is intended to protect the integrity of our transparent process and uphold the standards of our craftsmanship, while ensuring clarity and mutual responsibility throughout the client experience.
