Caring for your diamond and precious metal jewelry is essential to preserving its brilliance, beauty, and longevity. At Maison Artisan, each piece is crafted with exceptional artistry, and with proper care, it can be cherished for generations. We recommend removing your jewelry during physical activities, household chores, or when using harsh chemicals including hand sanitizers, as even the most durable materials can be affected by impact or exposure. To maintain its shine, often gently clean your jewelry using the provided cleaning cloth. Occasionally clean it with warm water, a mild, non-abrasive soap, and a soft brush. Avoid ultrasonic cleaners unless advised, especially for pieces with intricate settings or delicate stones. Store your jewelry separately in its original box or provided soft suede pouch to prevent scratches or tangling. Regular inspections are also encouraged— schedule an appointment with us to have your settings, clasps, and prongs checked every year by one of our experts to ensure everything remains secure.

Terms of Warranty
Maison Artisan offers complimentary cleaning, resizing, prong repair and metal replating for all jewelry, but goes a step further in providing the peace of mind to its clients by offering complementary diamonds & their setting service as part of our in-house warranty; however, eligibility is subject to the value, price, and carat weight of the diamond, which will be assessed at the time of purchase. As each piece is uniquely crafted, warranty coverage may vary per client and is outlined individually upon finalizing your order. We also highly recommend securing a separate warranty through us, which offers extended protection beyond our standard warranty.
Please note that this warranty is exclusive to engagement rings and wedding bands.
At Maison Artisan, natural wear and tear is considered a part of each piece’s unique journey, therefore services such as diamond resetting for fine jewelry require the purchase of an extended warranty, as they fall outside the scope of our standard coverage.
International client warranty coverage
All clients are welcome to avail our services, In the case of international clients, who wish to take advantage of Maison Artisan’s in-house care and maintenance services are responsible for covering all associated shipping and return freight costs. Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or additional handling fees incurred during transit will also be the client’s responsibility. These terms ensure safe and seamless service while maintaining the integrity of each bespoke piece.
