All Maison Artisan jewelry purchased directly from our boutique and website is protected under our General Warranty. This coverage includes:

• Complimentary professional cleaning and annual inspections for the lifetime of your piece.

• Tightening of settings, clasps, and prongs as part of your annual maintenance.

• Minor detailing, polishing, and refinishing when necessary during inspection appointments.

Regular servicing and inspections are essential to preserving your warranty coverage. Maison Artisan’s General Warranty ensures that your jewelry receives the professional attention it deserves year after year.

3. Maison Care Program

For clients seeking enhanced long-term care, Maison Artisan offers an Extended Warranty through the Maison Care Program, which includes a suite of specialized services performed exclusively by our in-house artisans:

• Professional resizing for a flawless fit.

• Rhodium replating and high-polish restoration.

• Diamond or gemstone resetting, re-tipping of prongs, and secure mounting.

• Accent diamond or gemstone replacement in pavé, halo, or cluster settings (where applicable).

4. Maintenance Requirements

To maintain active warranty coverage, clients must bring or ship their jewelry to Maison Artisan for a professional inspection once every 12 months. These regular inspections are essential to upholding the integrity of your jewelry and ensuring continued warranty protection.

Failure to complete the required annual inspection will result in the automatic voiding of your warranty. This policy ensures that every piece is professionally maintained and prevents avoidable wear or damage.

Maison Artisan cannot be held responsible for deterioration or damage resulting from neglect, improper storage, exposure to harsh chemicals, or any servicing performed by third-party jewellers.

5. Out-of-Province and International Clients

Maison Artisan proudly serves clients across Canada and internationally. Out-of-province and international clients are welcome to mail their jewelry to our Toronto boutique for professional inspections, cleaning, or warranty servicing.

Please note that clients are responsible for all inbound and outbound shipping costs, including customs duties, taxes, and insurance fees related to the shipment of their jewelry. We recommend using a trusted, insured courier service and notifying our Client Care team prior to shipment to ensure safe handling and return logistics.

6. Exclusions

The Maison Artisan Warranty does not cover:

• Loss, theft, or accidental damage to the entire piece or individual stones.

• Normal wear and tear, including surface scratches, fading, or patina development.

• Damage caused by impact, misuse, or exposure to abrasive or corrosive substances.

• Work, repair, or resizing conducted by unauthorized jewelers.

• Replacement of center stones or custom gemstones (these are separately insurable through third party insurance companies).

Maison Artisan recommends maintaining independent insurance coverage for loss or theft protection.

7. Care Recommendations

To preserve the beauty and longevity of your jewelry:

• Remove your jewelry before exercising, household tasks, or applying lotions, perfumes, or sanitizers.

• Clean gently using your Maison Artisan polishing cloth or warm water with mild soap.

• Store each piece separately in its original box or the provided pouch to prevent scratches or tangling.

• Avoid ultrasonic cleaners unless expressly advised by a Maison Artisan expert.

8. Record Keeping & Verification

Each Maison Artisan piece is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity, order number, and receipts. Warranty activation occurs automatically upon registration of purchase. All professional inspections, cleanings, and repairs are recorded in your Maison Artisan service history, allowing you to maintain an ongoing record of care and craftsmanship.
